This simple, cost effective, high thermally performing building will be positioned between two historical buildings in the centre of Batlow.
Construction detailing included Passivehaus principles and modular construction to minimise waste. The building, as detailed, represents an incredibly thermally comfortable and healthy ‘community hub’ to be enjoyed in all seasons.

Design/ Documentation Stage: Construction Documentation complete and the Building has been approved for construction.
