New Dwelling

This home, on a very large and complex site, was designed to feel like a resort, to allow the family to enjoy all stages of their life. Working with Landscape Designer Phillip Johnston (www.phillipjohnson.com.au) we were able to integrate the building pavilions and courtyards in the landscape to provide alternative solutions to stormwater and rainwater harvesting. The ultimate aim was to develop the design solution to meet the Passive House Building Standard.

Design/Documentation Stage: DA Approval obtained. This property has since been sold and the project has been shelved.
