Pacific Road Palm Beach Sydney

A renovated Beach Home completed in 2016 to accommodate a growing family. Our solution was to create an open plan living space on the upper level to take advantage of the surrounding panoramic views. To connect the existing levels and add functionality, we incorporated a new stairway leading to a new third level. This new level now boasts a rumpus room, kitchenette, bathroom, that connects to an outdoor pool area and landscaping.
To create a more sustainable and eco-friendly living space, we integrated passive solar design principles and utilized ecological materials throughout the renovation. This included the incorporation of Blackbutt flooring and screens, low VOC paints, and a rainwater tank.
We successfully refurbished almost every area of the home, introducing new hardwood flooring, lighting, and a fresh coat of paint to create a welcoming and modern atmosphere. The end result is a home that is now fully optimised and greatly enjoyed by its residents, providing functionality and aesthetics in equal measure.
Our aim is to not only meet the evolving needs of our clients, through thoughtful, functional design but to infuse the project with an ecologically sustainable solution.
